Interior designing and architecture

In the context of Interior architecture, we focus more on structural design. This is with the concern of reprocessing and re-modelling of current spaces. We believe that the interior design process is the preparation of creating interior experiences rather the atmospheres, keeping a keen eye on finishes, furniture and colour palettes.

Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and Cost management

In order to perform accurate cost management tasks, our interior quantity surveyors prioritize the drafting of bills of quantities (BoQs) and these BOQs lay the foundational basis of proper cost and contract management. At the conceptual level, the BoQ will be an essential instrument which translates design and engineering particulars into costing information. We guarantee all estimation tasks are one upfront, valuing the project progress, and finally as a means of settlement once the project sees completion. Since the BoQ is a dynamic process, we make sure to update and monitor the same in a disciplinary manner.

Refurbishment is closely related to renovation and restoration and they all aim at restoring the space to its originality. Before we begin the transformational process, our experts will assess its structure and typology to determine a suitable refurbishment approach. We conduct the refurbishment in a step-by-step process.

Thorough study of the current State - Our experts will perform a thorough study of the current space before making any recommendations and estimates. The client's vision, ideas and inputs will surely be taken in to consideration and well analyzed.
Estimating the extent of Refurbishment - The general norm in the industry is that that a major refurbishment will make changes and enhancements to 50% of the entire existing building. It would involve upgrades, repairs, and replacements that could affect energy efficiency. A minor refurbishment does not impact the building as much.
Attention to the budget - We will estimate and confine to a budget which will help to determine the extent of the planned refurbishment. We will of course deliver expert ideas as well as several options to the client while trying to achieve the expected project in prominent quality.
